What do you mean by Ready to Ship?+

Ready To Ship refers to the items which are ready to be dispatched within 1 day of order placement. The additional days required to deliver the item to your doorstep is around 4 - 6 business days depending on your delivery location and prevailing import norms.

Please note that we would need an additional 3 days in case you opt for any sort of Customization.

What to you mean by Un-Stitched / Semi-Stitched / Ready To Wear / Made to Measure?+

Dress material(unstitched) implies unstitched fabric only. The fabric will have to be stitched as per your requirement. You can get the same stitched by opting for our stitching services, else you can also get the outfit stitched at your end as well.

Semi-stitch implies unstitched fabrics in which styles are pre-constructed with pre-defined neck styles, sleeve style, sleeve length, neck depths & outfit length. You need to get such products stitched as per your requirements.

Ready to wear (standard stitching) implies customizing the outfit in as shown style based on bust size only. All other parameters are in accordance with the size chart.

Made to measure(custom tailoring) option involves customizing the outfit with a detailed personalized measurements and specifications like Fit (Ex - Waist, Arm hole, Shoulder etc.), Style (Ex - Neck Style, Sleeve Style etc.) and Adornment (Ex - Tassels, Fancy Hangings etc.)

What do you mean by only Dress Material?+

Dress material implies unstitched fabric only. The fabric will have to be stitched to make it ready to wear. You can get the same stitched by opting for our stitching services, else you can also get the outfit stitched at your end as well.

How to wear a pre-stitched saree?+

Pre-stitched saree makes saree wearing as simple as it can be. These sarees are already draped according to customer’s measurement and its just like putting on a skirt, without the fuss of tucking, pleating and adjusting the pallu length.

In a Pre-stitched saree, the pleats are stitched as per customer’s waist size and it is closed with Hooks along with margin for future adjustments. Petticoat is stitched along with the saree.

What is Semi stitched Salwar Kameez?+

Semi stitched implies either half stitched outfit in which styles are pre-constructed like shown in the image or has pre-defined neck styles, sleeve style on fabric with pre-defined sleeve length, neck depths & outfit length. In these type of apparels, either only side seams are left open which can be adjusted as per the bust size chosen.


Or it may have an unstitched fabric with pre-constructed back and neck design and sleeve border.In rare scenario, the length of the kameez/bottom and sleeves can be altered, if the design permits.

What is billing address?+

Billing address refers to the address, which is registered with your respective bank / credit card company. Payment will get through only if the billing address you have provided matches with the on record address of the bank / credit card company.

What is shipping address?+

Shipping Address refers to the address where you wish to get your items delivered. Please note that billing and shipping address can be different. While billing address should match the on record address of the respective bank / credit card company, shipping address may vary.


Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Ideally it should not happen, but as a rare instance it might happen because of change in browsing location. We deal in 100% genuine, authentic and quality products. You will get the items as shown in the website. However, slight color variation might be possible due to digital photography and screen resolution.

We do have a stringent quality control process in place. Every item goes through the quality check process before shipment. You can be rest assured about the quality of the products.

Do you offer Try & Buy / Dress Trial Option ?+

We do not provide the option of Try & Buy / Dress Trial facility. 

However, to get a better understanding of the item fit / sizing, we would suggest you to check the size chart against your desired item. Alternatively you may also touch base with our designer team for having the necessary clarity.

What are your Wash & Care instructions?+

Our recommendation for the first wash will always be dry clean.

How to know the final / total price or cost of an item?+

Once you have selected your desired item, you need to select your required services (stitching / customization) and add the item to your Shopping Bag where the net payable price will be visible.

How & Where can I apply the Discount Code while placing an order?+

You can apply the ‘discount code’ in the Shopping Bag page in the Discount box and click on ‘Apply’. The ‘Grand Total’ would be re-calculated automatically as per the discount T&C.

In case you are logged in into your registered Mabji account, you can also select the ‘discount code’ from the available list of coupons in the Shopping Bag page.

Our website is geo-specific and displays currency as per the geographical location.

What is the regular shipping charge for an item / cart in your website?+

For international shipments, the products may be subjected to custom taxes as per the destination country’s rules and regulations and the same is not in our control or included in the shipping charge. The same is expected to be directly borne by the customer.

Filter options are available on the left hand side of the website against every item category . You can shortlist products as per your requirements.

Do you provide combine shipment?+

We do provide combined shipment facility. All you need to do is place the order and get in touch with our customer service with the order numbers along with your request. We shall be more than happy to do the needful.

Can I get different items from one order shipped to different shipping address?+

We can do the needful but as an exception. All you need to do is place the order and get in touch with our customer service with the order numbers along with your request. We shall be more than happy to do the needful.

Will I receive the item exactly as shown in the item image?+

Yes, you will get the items as shown on the website. However, slight color variation might be possible due to digital photography and screen resolution.

Please note, for certain items, as shown blouse/choli/ bottom/accessories are displayed for photography purposes. For such items, the specifics would-be mentioned in the product details.

Can I have an item in any other color / design?+
