How can I register with Mabji?+
You need to click on 'Log In' option at the top right corner of our Website which would direct to a pop-up asking for User ID / Password / Create an Account / Recover Password. Click on "Create an Account" and update the essential details to 'Register' and you are done.
In case you are already registered, just click 'Log In' option at the top right corner of our Website and you will be taken to the relevant page. In case you have forgotten your password, please click ‘Recover password' on the same page and you will be able to generate a new one via the link we send to your registered email id.
Alternatively you can also get login with your Google and Facebook login credentials.
What is the Account Information page?+
For now, you can use this page to edit your Name, Email ID and Password. In case you had added more details to your profile earlier (Birthday, Anniversary, Gender etc.), we have stored them with us for now, but you might not be able to view/edit them for a few days more.
What about my past order records?+
They have all been stored for your reference under the "My Orders" tab with their last status. This will help you track your orders under progress, deliveries and cancellations/returns as easily as before.
How can I save my wishlist?+
You need to Login in order to save your wishlist. In case you like a product to add to your Wishlist, just click the Heart icon on the product image and you will be prompted to log in or register. Please do so to continue adding products to your wishlist.
Alternately, you can always choose to 'log in' as soon as you visit us from the top right corner.
What about my measurements?+
All your measurements are saved into your account.
- Login to your account.
- Go to account dashboard.
- Select My Measurements͟
- View all your saved measurements.
What is the Account Dashboard?+
It has your order history, measurement details, your available coupon, store credit, wishlist, contact details on record, address book (saved for shipping and billing both) and current newsletter subscription status. You can also change your account password from the same page. use the edit feature to make changes as necessary.
What is the My Product Reviews section about?+
This will have all the product reviews given by you on our website.
What about the Coupons in My Account - the Discount Coupons and Gift Cards?+
All active Gift Cards have now been merged into a single account under the Store Credit tab. This change will make it easier for you to manage your payments/refunds with us in the future. You can always reach out to our Customer Care team to get more details about the credit and consumption
Your exclusive Birthday/Anniversary discount coupons are still valid as per their date of expiry - please access them via the email sent on the date of credit.
What is the My Notifications tab all about?+
Its a list of fashion marvels that went out of stock and you chose to be informed about when they would be in stock again. You can view and delete any notification requests from here.
How do I place an order?+
You may follow the below steps to place an order:-
1) Select your desired item along with the required services.
2) Add the item to Shopping bag.
3) Click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ tab.
4) On the Checkout page, you need to select/enter your Billing & Shipping address incase you are logged in. Else, you need to enter the details and proceed accordingly.
5) Select a payment mode and click on ‘Place Order’ to complete the payment.
6) On successful order placement the Order ID (starting with MI..) will be generated and you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.
Do I have to register to shop at Mabji?+
We would love to have you with us as a registered customer to save the hassle of entering the details every time you shop with us. However, for quick order placement you may skip the registration process and place the order by going through the following steps:

What is your return policy?+
We do believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. In case of any defect or damage or any error from our side in the delivered item, we have an option for replacement or else we issue 100% amount back as store credit or refund basis the customer’s preference.
It is important to report the concern within 48 hours of delivery. You may raise a ticket though (give the helpdesk link to raise ticket) or inform us over Live Chat. Once done, we will issue a Return Authorization Reference along with the steps to be followed to ensure smooth closure of the resolution in the fastest possible manner.

Once you login to your Mabji My Account and proceed to checkout, you will find the store credit auto applied to your current purchase. Further, once the order is placed, you will also receive a confirmation email at your registered email id wherein, you will have the details of the store credit applied to your order
Where are you based in India? / Where do you ship your items from? / Do you have a retail store anywhere?+
We have multiple offices across India. Our operations base is at Delhi and Surat, hence items are shipped from the mentioned locations.
