When can I expect an item to get delivered?+
All items on our website have different time to dispatch like 1 day, 7 days, 15 days and so on, which is the time (calendar days) required to process the item in our workshop.
For any item, you can see the number of days to dispatch, displayed as " Ships in…days" just beside the item code
We do have a time to dispatch filter option in the left navigation panel. You may refer the same and chose the filter as per your preference.
Any type of Customization if opted for would need additional 3 working days.
Post shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 4-6 working days to deliver an item and you will receive the tracking details by an auto-generated email within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Do you ship your items to all countries across the world?+
We deliver to all and any address around the world. However, at this point in time we do not service deliveries to Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, Pakistan, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar and Ukraine because of logistical challenges and high Custom Duty implications.
Who are your courier partners?+
We have partnered with the best in class logistics company like DHL / FedEx / Aramex etc. for our International Shipments.
For Domestic Shipments we have tied up with Blue Dart / India Post / DTDC etc.
Will I get the accessories shown along with the item?+
We would have loved to provide you the desired accessories but unfortunately the accessories shown in the images are mostly for photography purpose. You may refer the respective product description to get a clarity on the same.
I forgot my Utsav account password. How to reset the password ?+
To Reset Password, we would suggest you to follow the below steps:-

Entered your email address

Check you entered email you will get password reset link

New page open then entered new password,
next time you entered this password
> Check your Inbox / Spam / Junk folders for the reset-link.
> The reset password link is unique for each request and expires after 24 hours.
> Please copy-paste the reset link in a new browser tab to access the same.
> Please do not leave any space at the time of entering your login details.
In case you do not receive the reset password link, please ‘connect to an agent’ for assistance.
How to provide measurements for a Pre-stitched saree?+
For stitching a Pre-stitched saree, we only need two attributes from our customers.
a) Waist: - Measure around waist keeping the tape straight from the back.b) Length: - Measure from waist till the desired length.
Do I need to type my address every time I order?+
No. You would have to do this only for your first order. All our registered customers have the option to retrieve the saved address while placing any subsequent order.
As soon as a Customer registers with us, we send the login password to the email address provided at the time of registration. Once you have your first order with us, your shipping address is saved in your My Account section. While placing any subsequent order, simply enter your email and password to use this saved address. You can also login to the My Account section to manage your saved address(es).
Are the jewelleries on your website real or not?+
The jewelries we sell on our website are not real but are fashion / imitation jewelries which can enhance your fashion statement at any party or special occasion. There are varied styles and categories you can choose from to match your attire.

At Mabji, we have a well-researched pricing policy and believe in offering the finest products at competitive prices. However, should you happen to chance upon your chosen product being displayed at a lower price in any other site, we will match it - before or after you buy.
How you can Claim the Matched Price?
If you're yet to place the order-
- Take a snapshot of original product from mabji with price mentioned.
- Take another snapshot of the competitor's price of the same product.
- Send both the snapshots and relevant links on help@mabji.com
- We will check all details and if the product is authentic you will be sent a revised custom payment link of matched price.
- Price match is not applicable on any Stitching Charges.
- In case of price match, clubbing of any other live promotion or, discount will depend on case to case basis.
If you have already placed the order and the product is pending to be delivered-
- Take a snapshot of original product from Mabji with price mentioned.
- Take another snapshot of the competitor's price of the same product.

- If we match the price we will refund the differential amount to your account.
- Price match is not applicable on any Stitching Charges.
- In case of price match, clubbing of any other live promotion or, discount will depend on case to case basis.
- In case we are not able to match the price and you wish to cancel the order, we will cancel the same and issue a 100% refund to your account.
How safe is my order during transit?+
We use renowned courier services like DHL, Green Dot, Blue Dart etc and they always ensure the safety of your order. All the parcels are insured and in case the parcel is lost in transit due to some unforeseen circumstances, we replace the order or refund the amount upon your request.
Can Billing Address and Shipping Address be different?+
Yes. Billing and Shipping address can be different. While billing address should match the on record address of the respective bank / credit card company, shipping address may vary.
Can I add multiple shipping address for one order?+
While we would have wished to, however, only one shipping address can be put against an order. You need to place different order(s) for different shipping address(s).
Can I keep the reset link for password for future use if required?+
Unfortunately the password reset link is valid for 24 hours only and can be used only once to maintain privacy and security. However, if you provide your registered email Id in the ‘forgot password’ section, you will immediately receive a link within 5 to 10 minutes each time you do so.
Can I pay in INR? / How can I check prices in other currencies?+
You can make the payment in INR only if you are browsing our website and placing the order from India. You can check the prices in other currencies from the options available in the Payment policy link below

How do I clear cookies?+
Please find below a Step by Step process to clear cookies for different browsers:-
Internet Explorer
A) Click on Tools. Select Internet Options. The temporary internet files should be on the first screen in the General area.

A) Click on the 3 vertical dots available on top right corner of the browser toolbar.

C) Select Everything to clear your entire browsing history. Click Clear browsing data.
Why do we have to pay Custom Duty charges?+
Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations.
Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller's control and are determined by the respective local government bodies.
Does the dupatta showcased in the men’s items come along?+
The men’s dupattas showcased in the men’s items are for photography purpose and they cannot be purchased.
But we do have a section in our website portraying the men’s dupatta’s or stoles which can be purchased separately.

The access to shopping bag is user specific and it cannot be accessed by our customer service or any other user due to privacy issues.
However, in case you login to your Mabji My Account, your cart will be saved against your account and you can access the same from any other system.
How can I check the available quantity / stock of my desired item?+
You need to add your desired item to the shopping bag and put your desired quantity in the ‘Qty’ box and press ENTER. The maximum quantity available will be displayed accordingly.
Will Saree come along with 'Fall & Edging’?+
All our sarees comes with complimentary fall and edging service even though you select unstitched blouse fabric.
